Depending on which type of loft conversion is opted for (Velux, Dormer etc.) loft conversions can take anywhere between 4-12 weeks.

Generally, the minimum head-height is 2.2m from floor to ceiling. If your loft doesn’t meet this, structural changes may be needed to increase head-height. 

You'll receive electrical certificates and a final building control certificate following completion of your loft conversion. Gas Safe certificates are also provided where necessary.
